ProxyWarp is for lawful use only. By using this service you agree to these terms. We store no browsing logs and do not sell your data.
1. Acceptance
By accessing proxywarp.com you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
ProxyWarp provides a browser-based HTTP/HTTPS proxy powered by Puter. Requests are routed through Puter's cloud servers, masking your originating IP from destination websites.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 require parental consent.
4. Permitted Use
- Accessing publicly available websites anonymously
- Bypassing geographic restrictions where lawful in your jurisdiction
- Privacy research, web development, and security testing of systems you own or are authorized to test
5. Prohibited Use
- Any illegal activity under applicable law
- Accessing or distributing child sexual abuse material — will be reported to law enforcement
- Cyberattacks, DDoS, unauthorized system access, or vulnerability scanning of third-party systems
- Spam, phishing, fraud, or identity theft
- Distributing malware or malicious code
- Harassment, stalking, or threats against any person
- Systematic downloading of copyrighted content without authorization
- Automated scraping that degrades service for others
- Reselling access to ProxyWarp without written permission
6. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR WEBSITE WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROXYWARP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ProxyWarp from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. In brief: we do not log your browsing history or link IP addresses to browsing sessions.
10. Third-Party Services
ProxyWarp uses Puter (puter.com) for cloud networking. Your use is also subject to Puter's Terms.
11. DMCA
We comply with the DMCA. See our DMCA Policy to submit takedown notices.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms at any time without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction.
