Acceptable Use Policy
Use ProxyWarp for legal browsing and privacy. Do not use it to harm others or break the law. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Allowed Uses
- Browsing publicly available websites anonymously
- Protecting privacy from commercial trackers and ad networks
- Bypassing network-level blocks where lawful in your jurisdiction
- Security research, journalism, and web development on systems you own or are authorized to test
- Checking how sites appear from different network locations
2. Prohibited — Illegal Activity
- Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction or the destination server's jurisdiction
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately
- Drug trafficking, arms dealing, or criminal commerce
- Fraud, money laundering, or sanctions violations
3. Prohibited — Cyberattacks
- DDoS attacks or any form of denial-of-service
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Port scanning or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious code
- Phishing or credential harvesting
4. Prohibited — Harassment
- Stalking, threats, or harassment of any individual
- Doxing — publishing private information without consent
- Impersonation or identity fraud
- Content inciting violence against protected groups
5. Prohibited — Service Abuse
- Automated scraping at volumes that harm other users
- Bypassing rate limits or access controls
- Reselling proxy access without written permission
- Systematic downloading of copyrighted content
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate access termination, URL/domain blocking, IP blocking, and reporting to law enforcement where required.
