By accessing or using Proxywarp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Proxywarp provides proxy management services including but not limited to:
- Residential, datacenter, and mobile proxy access
- Proxy rotation and management tools
- API access for automation
- Analytics and monitoring dashboards
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Proxywarp for:
- Any illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Hacking, unauthorized access, or security breaches
- Spamming, phishing, or fraud
- Distribution of malware or malicious content
- Harassment, abuse, or threats
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
- Any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

- Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers. Contact support for refund requests.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan has specific limits on proxies, bandwidth, and requests. Exceeding these limits may result in:
- Throttling of service
- Temporary suspension
- Requirement to upgrade your plan
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance downtime
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events
8. Intellectual Property
Proxywarp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Abuse of service
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxywarp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification.
